INsight - Queue Management System
INsight is a web-based queue management system. This call center application allows supervisors or queue managers to monitor queues and the agents in those queues in real time. It gives supervisors a mechanism to pause/unpause agents; listen, barge, whisper, and perform 3-way calls for active agent calls; grab, triage, and redirect waiting calls; and do On-Demand call recording. It also comes with full set of historical queue and agent utilization reports. Being a web application makes it extremely portable.
Assist - Agent Interface
Assist comes in a web-based or .NET interface for agents in a call center. It can pop any web-based information the agent may need to field a queue call. Assist aids the agent in monitoring their calls and the queues in which they are assigned. In addition to any web-based information that is popped, the Assist client also provides information about the incoming call; agent pause; post-call dispositions; and an inbound/outbound toggle.
